i’m trying to buy a house in which the seller’s have applied and were approved for a short sale. i’m wondering how much pull the actual seller’s have in accepting an offer.. and how much control the bank has in the sale and negotiations such as repairs needed.

also… do you need a licensed inspector to request repairs?
