Why does some REO listing say no FHA loans, and when I look up the communities they are FHA APPROVED?

The answer I typically get is the BPO advice, but I see too many agents doing that all day and not getting anything for it for years now. Any companies I can contact directly to request the chance to list these assets? I have the resources to do this no problem.

I understand the bank can take months to accept/counter-bid your offer. But after a price is accepted, is the process expedited in generally the same amount of time of a non-forclosure?
