I see all these infomercials for programs like the “millionaire mindest collection” and I have not been able to figure out how they expect you to make a check off of someone else’s near foreclosure. If you know what you’re talking about, please explain the steps, thanks!

They state on their cd’s that they will fund a short sale only if you are a “student ” from one of their seminars. But I hear that they try to sell you on the coaching for 20K !..Does anyone know if signing up for coaching is also required to qualify for the funding?

Why do people do short sales, and if they do them does it mean that they are in trouble with payments?
