I submitted a contract for a short sale home and the seller assured me the contract went to the bank for approval. I kept asking them for the lender info and how many leans where on the home but they wouldn’t return our calls. One week later, the seller came back and said the bank rejected our offer and will put the home to auction. What guidelines allow me to have them prove they really submitted the contract and aren’t being unethical. Considering filing a compliant against them but need evidence and code of ethics guidelines. Thanks in advance.
