Should it be a law that short sales data be mandatorily released to the public on a momentary basis along with all other stock exchange data?
Yahoo’s data is a month or more old in some cases. I am looking for something more current.

If it makes a difference, there are 2 lenders (a home equity second) and this is a single family residence (no HOA) with a market value of around $850,000 (do banks, as they should, prioritize the more expensive properties/larger loans sizes?). I have Chase home finance for a first mortgage(80%) and a second with GMAC mortgage(20%). Have any of you had experience of doing a short sale with them. Will they approve it?
